At MorelliClayCo, each item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, as well as hygienic considerations for items such as earrings and barrettes, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final.

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing an order. Slight variations in size, shape, or color may occur and are part of the unique charm of handmade items, not defects. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can address the issue. In such rare cases, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
